Christ College was first known as “God’s House” when it was founded in 1437. It was renamed “Christ College” in 1505 when it was endowed and expanded by Margaret Beaufort, Henry VII’s mother. ~~ Christ College fut créé en 1437. Il portait alors le nom de “God’s House”.
