 Special branch, Something fishy is going on, our contacts are telling us that a group of individuals are preparing an operation abroad. The documents passed on to us are partly in English, partly in French, which makes us think the target is in France. We suspect the hit could be a bank they intent to hold up but we lack the linguistic expertise to analyse the items in our possession. Only you can help us. Look at the clues, read the messages and find the location of the target. The name of the target (most certainly a bank) is in two words and there are clues to the letters in those words in the messages the suspects exchanged between themselves. We have separated the messages according to the language. One group is in English, one group in French. Each clue gives you a number referring to a letter of the alphabet : 1 for A, 2 for B, etc. A clue giving a number superior to 26 is void. We do not know how many letters there are in each word but they will be placed in the right order, just disregard the "above 26" letters. Apart from the messages the suspects also exchanged a large number of photos. We are certain the target is among them.
To do this you will download the target location form where you will write the name of the bank in full and mark the photo where it appears.
