The Old George Inn was founded in 1363. It is now the entrance to The Old George Mall, in High Street, but some of the woodwork is still original. Plays used to be performed in the hall under the entrance. Samuel Pepys stayed there in 1668. He said marvels about the food and lodging but left after only one night because of the price. ~~ "The Old George Inn" a été fondée en 1363.
